Yes, you can. However please note that we cannot guarantee that our trainer has the time to shed an eye on your data during the regular course. In addition, we do not recommend bringing confidential data to a public training course.

Basic training courses 
We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the software before the course begins.  
 
A good way to prepare is our tutorials which you can find in the software under "help" - "show tutorials" 
 
Advanced training courses 
Should you be interested in an advanced training, knowledge of basic functionality of the software is a prerequisite. Some courses require a prior participation in a basic training course. Please consider the preconditions for participation that are displayed in each training description.

After you have successfully completed one of our training courses, you will automatically be entered into VG Academy’s alumni program. Depending on the training course, your benefits will include special discounts (=alumni rates) and automatic eligibility for any subsequent courses with prerequisites. Please contact us for more details.

Yes, a non-binding reservation is possible. Simply send us an e-mail with the name of the training participant or give us a call.

Training seats can be purchased as long as they are available. However the training fee needs to be settled prior to the start of the course. That's why some lead time makes sense. In addition, our training courses book well in advance and we therefore recommend securing your seat as soon as possible.

You can book training seats up to ten days prior to the start of the training in our web shop (credit card payment). However our training courses book well in advance and we therefore recommend securing your seat as soon as possible.

VG Academy Germany 
You can address your inquiry to VG Academy via telephone, email or the inquiry form linked on the website of the respective course. We will be happy to provide you with a quotation for your chosen course. An official order is required for your binding registration. You can either provide us with a purchase order or you use our order form which we will provide you with. Your registration is finalized once the training invoice has been issued and once we received the signed participant form (also provided by us).   
 
VG Academy USA 
Signing up is possible via our web shop. Initially, please submit your booking request including all relevant information. In a next step we'll confirm your booking request and you'll receive a link for credit card payment.  
Should you prefer payment via wire transfer please contact us. We'll then be happy to provide you with a quotation and all relevant documents and information.  
In both cases your registration is finalized once the training fee has been settled and once we received the signed participant form. This document will be provided by us.
